This date was announced on Capcom blog with minimum system specs and new feature list:

"We can also announce the PC release date for RE6, which will hit North America as a download on March 22, 2013 (there will be a physical release as well in Europe). It will land with all console content as well as any future content that arrive as free title updates (such as the No Hope mode).

The War Z is an open shooter zombie survival horror MMO developed by Hammerpoint Interactive. The game will feature both first person and third person shooting abilities, allowing the player to switch between the two. The game will also offer players the option of playing against the environment (PvE) or playing against other users (PvP).

The game has a projected release date of Winter 2012, with a closed beta starting in October 2012. The War Z is planned to be a single purchase. Users will have access to the full game without having to take part in an ongoing monthly subscription while having the option of purchasing items within the game. The War Z is expected to have both dedicated public and private servers. The game runs on the Eclipse engine made by Arktos Entertainment.
